My Card Deck Theatre was originally created as a Flash application. It was based on cartoon characters I drew in 1981 for a satirical project. It is widely assumed that the eyes are most important for the expression of a character, but I think that doesn't need to be the case...
I used Blender and Verge3D to bring my 2D characters back on stage. This 3D web application is a work in progress. Speech, interactivity, animations, and other enhancements will be added in due course. Enjoy!
